The interested party has the right to obtain: updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. The visitor of the website is aware that: the data contained on the pages of this website such as sizes, prices, condominium expenses and general characteristics of the properties are merely illustrative and have no contractual value; the data contained on the pages of this website were provided directly by the owners of the offers or by their collaborators / agents and the company is not responsible for the truthfulness of the same; the contracts relating to the sale / rental of the offers relating to the properties contained on the website will be made "as a whole and NOT to measure" of the offer itself; the photographs relating to the offers are covered by copyright in favor of the Company, therefore unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
